Susan Rice Will Not Be the Next Secretary of State

With all the controversy over the Benghazi attack and great Republican opposition to Susan Rice as a potential replacement for Clinton, Rice decided to take herself out of the game. She said she would not accept nomination for Secretary of State. So, who else might replace Clinton? Remember Senator John Kerry (D-MA)? He ran against George W. Bush in the Presidential election of 2000. Right now, it seems he is Obama's next choice.
